Netshort Popul Unauthorized Google Play Charge

A charge from a company called Netshort Popul, appearing to have been made through Google Play, has been posted to my Garanti Bank credit card. On September 22, 2026, at approximately 10:26 AM, I saw a pending transaction of $13 in my digital banking application with the description “Google *Netshort Popul London GB.” The transaction details indicate that the charge is for a short-form video content service.

There is no Netshort Popul app installed on my phone. There is also no subscription, payment record, or purchase from this company in my Google Play account. Despite this, the transaction appears as a pending charge on the Garanti credit card linked to my phone number. Since there is no record of this transaction in my accounts, it is practically impossible for me to provide the type of subscription or order documentation that the company may request.

I request the immediate cancellation of this transaction that appears to have been initiated by Netshort Popul, along with any potential subscription or recurring billing associated with it. I also request that the unauthorized $13 pending charge be blocked before it is finalized and that all necessary technical and security investigations be conducted to prevent a similar incident from happening again.
