Netflix No Longer Supported on My TV – Unacceptable Service!

If I had known Netflix would create such issues, I would never have subscribed in the first place. My TV, which used to run Netflix without any problems, now displays a message saying, "This device no longer supports the application." How is this even acceptable? When I purchased the TV, no one warned me that its compatibility with Netflix would eventually end.

My remote control even has a dedicated Netflix button, yet the service refuses to work. Are you seriously expecting customers to buy a new TV just because their model is slightly older? This is outrageous and shows a complete disregard for customer loyalty. Thousands of users are already turning to alternative streaming platforms because of this decision.

Netflix must resolve this issue immediately. If not, I will escalate this to Consumer Rights authorities. This is a clear violation of consumer trust and a significant misstep for Netflix. Other platforms are readily available, and many users, including myself, are now reconsidering their loyalty to Netflix. Fix this issue now!
