Samsung TV No Longer Supports Netflix, Unacceptable for Consumers

November 19, 2024 1:51 AM13

My Samsung TV has stopped supporting the Netflix app, which is one of the main reasons I purchased this television. When these products are advertised, apps like Netflix are heavily promoted to convince customers to buy. Removing such key features is unfair and feels like a tactic to push consumers into buying a new TV.

This is a clear violation of consumer rights. I purchased this TV expecting long-term usability with the advertised features. For Samsung to discontinue support for such essential apps is unacceptable.

I request Samsung to either restore Netflix functionality on my TV or provide an alternative solution. This issue should be resolved immediately, as it unfairly impacts loyal customers.
