I Want a Refund for an Unauthorized Netflix Subscription Charge
I had been using my Netflix account on my iOS phone, but I have not actively used the platform for several months. Despite this, I noticed that approximately $6 was charged from my Akbank card at 3:08 AM without any approval, instruction, or action from me.
I never authorized an automatic payment instruction for Netflix in this way, and I certainly did not perform any transaction at that hour. Although my card had been used for Netflix payments in the past, I have not actively used the service for a long time. Therefore, I do not accept money being withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent.
I request a full refund of the approximately $6 that was charged without authorization. I also demand that the necessary checks and corrections be made immediately to ensure that no further automatic charges can be taken from my account without my explicit approval in the future.
