During the pandemic years, being homebound, I eagerly purchased your Nescafe Gold coffee machine, specifically for its Bluetooth feature. However, after some time, when I needed to reinstall the program due to formatting my phone, I couldn't find your app on Google Play. Upon contacting you, I learned that the app had been withdrawn from the Turkish market. This situation indicates that the product I purchased falls under faulty product coverage.

I request an official document or email confirming the withdrawal of the relevant app from the Turkish market and ask for my inconvenience to be resolved by replacing the product with one of your higher-end models.
