Nerox Invest Refuses to Return My Investment Funds

I opened an investment account through Nerox Invest and began trading as of 06.05.2026. Although I believed I was opening positions in the correct direction, the representatives constantly claimed that I was making incorrect trades and repeatedly demanded additional payments from me under the pretext of saving the account. The way the process operated appeared to be a method designed to extract more money from customers and trap them within the system. So far, I have made payments totaling $7,300. Despite this, when I requested to withdraw my funds, I was informed during conversations with customer representatives that there was no money in my account and that they would not be able to make any payment. Even though I never signed any agreement, I was persistently asked to make further payments, and my existing funds were not refunded to me. I have suffered serious financial harm throughout this entire process. I request the return of the $7,300 I deposited and the closure of my account.
