Nerox Invest Refused My Withdrawal After Taking 15,000 USDT

On February 4, 2026, I started trading through Nerox Invest. At the beginning, I was asked to make an initial investment of $200 USD. Following the instructions and guidance provided to me by the platform representatives, I experienced losses, and each time I lost money, I was told that I needed to deposit additional funds in order to recover those losses.

Trusting these repeated assurances, I deposited an additional $1,800 USD. Later, I was again persuaded to make further payments in different amounts, and over time my total financial loss reached approximately 15,000 USDT.

Throughout this process, I was repeatedly told that my losses could be recovered and that my account would eventually become profitable again. I was also informed that, in order to receive any refund or recovery of funds, I needed to deposit an additional “guarantee” amount of 15,000 USDT. At one stage, I was told that the representative originally assigned to me had been dismissed and that I would continue working with different account managers instead.

The company then added a so-called 3,000 USDT bonus to my account and showed that I had a withdrawable balance of 4,470.02 USDT. Trusting the platform and wanting to test the withdrawal system, I submitted a withdrawal request. However, the request was never approved, and I was unable to withdraw any money from my account.

During this period, I completed every requested procedure on the platform, including membership registration, contract approvals, and identity verification. All my transactions were carried out through the website:

Despite complying with all platform requirements, I was continuously pressured to deposit more money under different excuses, while my withdrawal requests remained unresolved. Because of these actions, I strongly believe that I was intentionally misled and manipulated.

In my opinion, the individuals operating under the name Nerox Invest are acting in bad faith by systematically causing investor losses, refusing withdrawals, and constantly demanding additional payments from users.

My last transaction took place on February 13, 2026. Since that date, I have neither been able to withdraw my funds nor receive any proper explanation or support regarding my account.

I request that this situation be thoroughly investigated by the competent authorities and that all related records, communications, and financial transactions connected to Nerox Invest be carefully reviewed. I also demand the refund of my total loss of approximately 15,000 USDT.

If this injustice is not resolved quickly and my losses are not compensated, I declare that I will initiate formal criminal complaints before the relevant judicial authorities on the grounds of fraud, deception, and forgery against all responsible parties.
