Nerox Invest Asked For More Money And Blocked My Withdrawal

I have been trading with Nerox Invest for approximately the last 20 days. During this period, I was informed that I had opened an incorrect trade and was told that a debit transaction had to be carried out. Based on this instruction, I transferred the requested debit amount to the account specified by Nerox Invest. After I made this debit payment, I was told that I needed to complete 5 lot transactions. At the same time, I was informed that it would be difficult to complete these transactions with the current balance in my account and I was asked to deposit additional money. Before the debit payment was made, the investment advisor named L*** K*** had clearly stated that once I paid the debit fee, I would be able to withdraw my money immediately. Despite this clear assurance, after the payment they continued to demand more money instead of allowing me to withdraw my funds. In addition to this, my entire investment was lost due to the incorrect trading instructions and guidance provided by the investment advisors. When I explained that I did not have any more money to deposit, I was met with disrespectful and offensive language, which I find completely unacceptable. As a result of the actions and misleading guidance of Nerox Invest and the investment advisor L*** K***, I have suffered a financial loss of approximately ₺300,000. I am preparing to file a formal complaint and take legal action against Nerox Invest and the advisor involved. I request the full and immediate refund of the ₺300,000 I have lost and expect Nerox Invest to urgently resolve this situation.
