Nerox Invest Withdrawal Blocked After Loss

I have been trading with Nerox Invest for approximately 20 days. On 12 February, after I was told that I had opened an incorrect trade, I was informed that a debit transaction had to be made and, based on this instruction, I transferred the requested debit amount to their account. After this payment, I was told that 5 lot transactions needed to be completed. Then I was informed that it would be difficult to complete these transactions with the existing funds in my account and I was asked to deposit additional money. Before I made the debit payment, the investment advisor named L*** K*** clearly stated that I would be able to withdraw my money immediately after paying this debit fee, but after the payment they kept demanding more money instead of allowing me to withdraw my funds. Due to the incorrect trading instructions and guidance provided by their advisors, my entire investment was lost. When I stated that I had no more money to deposit, I was met with disrespectful and offensive language. As a result of the actions and misleading guidance of Nerox Invest investment advisors, I have suffered a financial loss of approximately ₺300,000. I request that Nerox Invest immediately refunds the full amount of my loss and resolves this matter urgently. I also declare that I will pursue my legal rights and file formal complaints against Nerox Invest and the investment advisor L*** K***.
