Nerox Invest Investment Withdrawal Blocked

I was repeatedly and persistently called by a company named Nerox Invest, which claims to operate in the field of investment financing. They kept trying to convince me to invest by asking questions like “Can you make investments?” and similar statements. At that time, since I also needed cash, I trusted what they said and made a small trial investment. They clearly stated that if I was not satisfied, I could withdraw from the system and receive my money back within 7 business days, and they even sent me an insurance text confirming this. Shortly after I joined on 27.02.2026, the U.S.–Israel–Iran conflict became a topic of discussion, and they used this as an excuse, saying gold prices would rise and international markets would become very active, strongly encouraging me to invest more money. I deposited additional funds, and through their application they instructed me to carry out several transactions, showing results on the screen as if I had made profits. After building this sense of trust, they then had me perform a transaction with a very large amount containing many zeros. Immediately after the transaction, they called me and claimed that an extra zero had been entered by mistake, that I had suffered a serious loss, and that I urgently needed to deposit more money to recover the loss, creating a sense of panic. This situation happened several times, each time pressuring me again to send more money. Through this method, I was repeatedly directed and ended up transferring a total of ₺521,400 to the account of YD Global Madencilik Değerli Taşlar Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, as they instructed. When I realized I had been deceived, I tried to withdraw my money through the application they directed me to, but the system did not allow it and my withdrawal request was blocked. The company then called me again and insisted that I could not withdraw my money unless I deposited additional funds, continuing their pressure despite the clear deception. Through this experience, I learned that companies like this, which call people on the phone and lure them into systems with promises of high profits, should absolutely not be trusted. I have filed a complaint about Nerox Invest with the police and the cybercrime unit. I request that the ₺521,400 I deposited be returned to me and that the relevant authorities conduct the necessary investigation and impose appropriate sanctions on this company.
