Nerox Invest Broke Its Investment Guarantee – Request Insurance Refund
I opened an account to trade in the forex market through the Nerox Invest investment application. Through the application, I was clearly assured that my investment of $150 was covered by insurance and that this amount would be refunded to me in the event of a loss. This guarantee was also verbally confirmed and repeated to me during a phone call with your team. Relying on these explicit statements and assurances, I funded my account on the 6th of this month. On the 10th of this month, as a result of the transactions I made, my account was completely wiped out and the $150 I deposited was lost. Throughout this entire process I followed your team’s directions and guidance, which is why I believe I was misled and that my loss occurred as a direct result of your advice and the insurance promise given to me. Afterwards, I contacted your team and requested a refund of my $150 under the scope of the promised insurance. Instead of honoring this clear commitment, your company offered various excuses, took no concrete action to resolve the issue and, on the contrary, claimed that I should fund my account again. I am being seriously victimized both because the insurance/guarantee promise has not been fulfilled and because additional money is being requested from me despite my existing loss. I demand that Nerox Invest immediately refund the $150, which was explicitly stated to be refundable in case of loss, to my account and that a proper investigation be carried out regarding the way this process was handled, followed by a written explanation sent to me. I request a $150 refund, authorities. My account is registered with the username “Murad” and ID number 25812930, as can be seen in the attached screenshot. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that your company fulfill the obligations and assurances it has given.
