Nerox FX Blocks Account Access and Ignores Support Requests

I have been unable to access the Nerox FX investment platform for some time and therefore cannot log in to my account or use the system. Despite repeatedly trying to contact the live support line and sending emails, I have not received any response from the platform. This situation seriously restricts my rights as an investor to execute transactions, manage my investments, and obtain information about my account. I find it unacceptable that I cannot reach any authorized representative at a platform where I have entrusted my funds. I request that my access to the Nerox FX platform be urgently restored, that I be informed in writing about the cause of this interruption, and that my investor rights be protected without any loss.
