Nerox App Sends Transaction Notifications With Delay
I have observed that notifications regarding transactions and account activity on the Nerox mobile application are delivered with a delay of a few minutes instead of appearing instantly. I am not certain whether this delay is caused by my device settings or the system itself; however, this situation makes it difficult to monitor my account in real time and negatively affects the overall user experience. I request that the cause of these delayed notifications be investigated and that the necessary improvements be made so that transaction and account activity notifications are delivered instantly.
