MEXC Trading Orders Execute Late and Cause Missed Market Opportunities

For about one week, I have been experiencing serious delays in my buy and sell orders on the MEXC exchange. Even though I previously submitted a complaint about this issue, I encountered the same problem again today. At any time of day, every trade I place is executed with a delay, causing me to miss market opportunities. When I submit a complaint, the issue seems to improve briefly, but then the same problem returns.

During my conversation with live support, I was told that delays in market orders can sometimes be normal. However, I do not believe the level of delay I am experiencing is normal, especially since it happens consistently with every transaction, which strongly suggests a technical issue.

My expectation from MEXC is that a detailed technical review be conducted specifically for my account and orders, that the cause of these delays be identified and fixed, and that the system be corrected so that buy and sell orders are executed at normal speeds.
