Nerox App Not Showing Pending Orders
I have a Nerox account, and I noticed a problem regarding my pending orders. When I checked my account, I saw that there were no records displayed in the “pending orders” section, even though I currently have open positions. The fact that my open positions are not visible under the relevant tab confuses and makes it difficult to properly monitor my trades. I am using the Norex mobile application, and I logged out and logged back in, and also checked the system at different times, but the situation did not change, and my pending orders still did not appear. Therefore, I am not sure whether this issue is caused by a technical problem in the system or by something specific to my account. I request that the necessary investigation be carried out on this matter, that all my pending orders be displayed in a complete and up-to-date manner in the application, and that I be informed in writing about the result. If there is a system-related problem, I also kindly ask to be informed about the solution process.
