Unauthorized Nebula Subscription Charge Needs Refund
This morning at around 8:30 AM, a charge of €20 was automatically deducted from my account by the Nebula app, even though I never started any subscription or gave any approval. I did not purchase any membership, did not start a trial, and this transaction does not belong to me.
My Nebula account is registered under a**************@gmail.com, and the payment was taken from my card linked to my Sparkasse Germany account. I tried reaching Nebula’s support or customer service channels, but I was unable to reach anyone or get any response.
I am requesting that this unauthorized €20 charge be immediately reversed and refunded to my Sparkasse account. I also request that any subscription associated with my account be fully canceled and that necessary precautions be taken to prevent this from happening again.
