Fraudulent Nebula Subscription Charge Complaint

A total of approximately $74 USD was charged to my card under the name “Nebula” yesterday and today without my authorization. I do not know what Nebula is, I have never used this app or service, and I have not started any membership or subscription.

If I had not checked my account, I would not have even noticed these unauthorized charges. I absolutely do not accept these transactions that were made without my approval, and I feel financially harmed by this situation.

I request that the full amount charged to my card by Nebula be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also ask that all necessary measures be taken to prevent any further unauthorized charges and to ensure that my card information cannot be used in this way again.
