The company focuses on traditional Ayurvedic superfoods with third-party testing for purity and safety. Key products include:
- Shilajit Resin: Purified, concentrated resin rich in fulvic acid and trace minerals.
- Herbal and Mineral Blends: Combinations integrating shilajit with functional additions such as Ormus and mushrooms.
- Starter Packs and Accessories: Beginner bundles and specialized spoons designed for measuring resin doses.
User Sentiment
Customer feedback indicates several recurring complaints, primarily revolving around product consistency, shipping logistics, and individual user expectations.
- Order Tracking and Delivery Delays: Buyers report instances of slow fulfillment, missed tracking notifications, and delays in standard shipping times.
- Hardened or Dried Resin: Multiple users have noted that the resin can arrive overly hard or dry out in the container, making it difficult to extract and dissolve.
- Taste and Strong Odor: Some customers struggle with the extremely bitter, smoky, and earthy flavor profile typical of concentrated resin.
- Lack of Noticeable Results: Several reviewers report not experiencing any tangible boost in energy, focus, or physical stamina despite regular usage.
- Return Restrictions: Customers report difficulty returning items or receiving refunds once the packaging seal has been opened.
