I Did Not Receive Refund from N11 for Sunny 50 Inch TV

On May 9, 2025, I bought a 50-inch Sunny TV on N11 for Mother’s Day because the price was reasonable. The delivery company kept me waiting for 15 days, claiming that the shipment would be made directly to the address. When I called customer service, they said they would handle the delivery themselves and refused to cancel my order. Eventually, I canceled the order myself. When I asked through the “ask a question” section why my refund hadn't been issued, the seller claimed the money was still with N11. Despite calling customer service multiple times, I’ve gotten nowhere. There’s no product, no invoice, yet they still won’t refund my money. If they won’t return my money, I will take legal action to get it back. I’ve been wronged. N11 is a regret. No one is helpful, and even though someone from their head office allegedly called and said the refund would be issued within two days, I still haven’t received anything.
