I purchased an Acer Aspire V3-571G-5323121T battery with order number 201951753713 from N11 on July 31, 2023. Within 3-4 months, the battery developed a problem on its own, hindering my computer from turning on. For about 2 months now, I've been trying to reach out to the seller, As** De** E*** K****, through various means, but to no avail. They don't answer their phones. Seeking assistance, I reached out to N11, but they couldn't reach the seller either. I requested them to open a case for a replacement to help me, but they claimed they could only open a case and would get back to me if they wished. As a last resort, I had to voice my complaint here. I hope they take note of my complaint and resolve my issue. On behalf of consumers, I demand that N11.com be more responsive and solution-oriented in such matters.
