On March 20, I purchased flight tickets for three people from Trabzon to Istanbul through Mytrip, paying approximately $234 in total. Due to a change in my schedule, I wanted to cancel only my own ticket and requested a refund specifically for my portion.
When I contacted Mytrip customer service, I was told that no refund could be issued at all because the service provider fee was lower than the ticket price. I then requested at least a partial refund, but I was again informed that no refund would be possible under any circumstances.
Since I had to cancel my ticket due to a schedule change, I request at least a partial refund with a reasonable deduction. I ask that the service fees and cancellation terms be applied more fairly and that my inconvenience be addressed.
