I canceled my plane tickets worth ₺22,000 on Mytrip.com, order number 1050-346-549. I had purchased the tickets with their so-called "cancellation guarantee." However, instead of receiving a full refund, I was shocked to see ₺5,000 deducted from the total, and the remaining amount was issued as a coupon.
Let me be clear—I wanted my money refunded to my credit card, not converted into a restrictive coupon. Nowhere during the purchase process did it state that such a large amount would be withheld in the event of a cancellation, especially with a refund-guaranteed ticket.
To make matters worse, the coupon they issued is practically useless. I can’t use it on multiple bookings, and if my next booking costs less than the coupon value, they simply erase the remaining balance. That is outrageous and deeply unfair.
