I purchased a flight ticket through Mytrip.com for the route İzmir–Budapest under the order number 1116-794-160. This booking included flights with Pegasus and Ajet, and the total amount I paid to Mytrip.com was ₺7,442. Due to a change in my plans, I learned about 10 days before my trip dates (which were supposed to be between 1–3 March) that I would not be able to fly on those days, so I contacted Mytrip.com in advance to ask about cancellation and refund. Despite reaching out to Mytrip.com by phone several times and also writing to them multiple times, I was told that after all cuts there would be no refund left for me for these flights. However, I later received a refund from Pegasus without any problem, in the amount of ₺1,922, which is already more than what Mytrip.com had initially indicated I might receive. For the Ajet flight, both Mytrip.com and Ajet informed me that there would be no refund and did not provide a clear or detailed explanation of which cuts were applied or why no amount remained. At this point, I find it unacceptable that I have only received ₺1,922 back from Pegasus out of the ₺7,442 I paid in total, and that I have no clear information about the remaining amount related to the Ajet flight. I am requesting that the remaining amount for the Ajet flight be refunded to me after any legitimate cuts, together with a transparent and detailed breakdown of all deductions and fees applied. I expect Mytrip.com and Ajet to review this case again, explain clearly how the amounts were calculated, and pay back the refund for the Ajet flight that I am entitled to.
