MyIQ Subscription Fee Taken Without Approval After Single Use

I wanted to take a one-time IQ test on the MyIQ website. At the time, the site clearly displayed the fee as approximately $1 for a single-use test, and I paid that amount. I did not approve any subscription—I only paid for a one-time test.

However, about three months later, on January 23, 2026, I noticed that approximately $31 was charged from my Garanti Bank debit card without my knowledge or consent. I was not notified about this transaction, nor was my approval obtained.

I only purchased a one-time $1 IQ test from this site and definitely did not start any subscription. I request that the full amount of approximately $31, which was charged without my authorization, be refunded to me as soon as possible.
