MyIQ Took Money Without Consent and Created Subscription

After paying approximately $1 for a one-time IQ test on MyIQ, without starting any subscription, I was later charged about $31 from my card months later without my knowledge or consent. I did not approve or sign up for any membership or subscription, yet this charge was made from my Garanti Bank card on February 24 at 3:50 AM with the description “My IQ.”

I absolutely do not accept this transaction, which was carried out without my knowledge or approval during nighttime hours, and I object to this unauthorized subscription created in my name. I request a full refund of the $31 charged by MyIQ and the immediate cancellation of this subscription that was started without my consent.
