MyTrip Online charged €79 from my account without my knowledge. They initially requested €1 for the check-in process, but afterward, €79 was deducted from my account without my consent.

I am trying to get my money back, but they are not responding to me at all. It feels like my account was used without my permission, and my money was taken without authorization.

I demand a full refund of the €79 and a clear explanation for this unauthorized charge.
