MSI Summit E16 Laptop Overheating Issue Makes It Impossible to Use

My MSI Summit E16 laptop is always too hot, making it almost impossible to use. I sent it in for service to find an answer, but when I got it back, they said that it is normal for it to get too hot. This has left me feeling disappointed, especially since I spent a lot of money on this laptop.  MSI doesn't seem to stand behind their products like they should. Even though the product has a lot of great features, this has shown that their customer service and attention to quality are seriously lacking. It's frustrating to spend money on a high-quality product and then get bad help when problems appear. If you are thinking about buying a computer made by MSI, I strongly suggest that you change your mind. though the technical specs of the laptop may be appealing, the lack of accountability and help when a major problem like overheating occurs is very worrying. Just as important as how well the product works is how well the customer service method works.
