Mostbet Deposit Missing - Money Not Credited

Today at around 8:00 a.m. Moroccan time, I made a deposit of 2,000 MAD from my Attijariwafabank account to my Mostbet account. The money has been debited from my bank, and I have the transaction reference number 190473343, but the amount has still not been credited to my Mostbet balance. I contacted Mostbet customer support, and each time I received the same response that my request was submitted to the relevant department and that my case would be prioritized. However, nothing has changed, the 2,000 MAD is still missing from my account, and I have not received any clear update or solution. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the 2,000 MAD to my Mostbet account or refunding the full amount back to my Attijariwafabank account, and I would like a clear confirmation once this is done.
