Moovit Shows A47 Bus Service on Sundays When Route Does Not Run

On Sunday, October 4, 2026, I relied on the Moovit app while waiting for the A47 minibus on Aşık Veysel Avenue in Küçükçekmece to get to work. The app initially showed that the minibus would arrive in 6 minutes, but the estimated time then increased to 13 minutes and later dropped to 12 minutes, continuing to change repeatedly and keeping me waiting for more than half an hour between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m. I later found out that the A47 route does not operate at all on Sundays.

Because of this incorrect and misleading information in the app, I waited unnecessarily at the stop and was unable to reach the Başakşehir Boulevard stop on time, causing me to be late for work. Because of my late arrival, my employer deducted $51, equivalent to one day's wages, from my pay, causing me a financial loss.

I request that Moovit urgently correct the issue where the A47 route is shown as having an upcoming service on Sundays even though the route does not operate that day. The operating days and hours for this route should be updated accurately, and I also request that I be contacted regarding the inconvenience and financial loss I experienced and that appropriate compensation or another suitable remedy be provided.
