The Tulpar t7 v20. 5.6 notebook I bought from Monster was sent to service for a spontaneous error on the product screen. It came back with a free screen replacement. However, this time, when the screen was assembled, too much pressure was applied during the assembly phase of the lower left corner of the screen, the plastic part of the inner clip that holds the screen broke, and you caused the same error to occur in another part again and sent the screen back to me with a fault. This time, the hardware parts that should not be opened again turned into a structure that can be broken more easily. Although you are good at corporate talk, the technical part remained weak in terms of solution in the application phase. This situation is not nice in terms of commercial ethics and business ethics. Because in the next stage, you will send it as user error because the part lost its resistance. In case of any problem… It did not suit. I bought Monster for the first time so that it could support drawing and software, but you really broke the trust. In this case, it made me sick. I regretted leaving Asus for no reason. You may think that this situation is not important even if it is noticed by young people who play games, but it is not for those of us who deal with software and graphics. Now, I sent it back to service on the same day. You will probably send the same case back as a broken piece. I have no trust in you anymore. You are causing me a serious loss of time and property. Please don't beat people up like this. If you can't do it, let's proceed accordingly and not have expectations. I sent the service record and the photo of the broken piece and the first screen failure and the second screen failure. By the way, you don't even have information about the screen time extension in PC components. You can't provide information. By the way, the screen was photographed so that it can be displayed by restarting it in safe mode. You will see it more clearly when you hide the taskbar. Monster is finished in my eyes. I hope it doesn't turn into a letter carried between the service and me. Remember, it's a notebook PC, its hardware shouldn't fail more easily during the shipping process :) It may not be so easy to get along.

They still can't solve the problem; it's turned into a tangled mess and has gotten worse. They can't figure it out themselves either.
