There’s a major bug in the current Monopoly Go event (Crosswalk Partners) that needs urgent attention. My spouse and I are playing together, and while their score shows correctly as 22,000 points, my score is stuck at just 2,000—even though we’ve progressed through the event at the same pace and completed the same tasks.
We’ve tried everything to fix this: exiting and re-entering the game multiple times, switching internet connections, restarting our devices—but nothing works. The issue persists and makes the whole experience frustrating and unfair.
What’s worse is that the game’s default language isn’t one we speak fluently, so reporting the issue through in-game support is nearly impossible. We’ve invested a lot of time in this event, and to see my progress misrepresented due to a technical error is incredibly discouraging.
Monopoly Go team, please fix this error immediately and update my score to reflect the correct progress. Players should not be penalized because of in-game bugs. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly, and I hope better multilingual support will be considered for global users moving forward.
