Monopoly Game Robot Event Not Working, Missing Dice and Robot Chips

I did not receive the Robot Event in the Monopoly game, and I’m requesting your help to fix this issue. It’s clearly not an isolated problem, as I’ve tried everything, including restarting the app, deleting and reinstalling the game, but nothing worked.

Even when those around me were able to play the Robot Event, I joined them, but I still didn’t receive any robot chips. On top of that, my dice disappeared for no reason, adding to the frustration.

This has negatively impacted my gameplay experience. I expect Monopoly’s support team to resolve this issue promptly, restore my lost dice, and ensure the Robot Event is accessible to me. Please address this matter as soon as possible.
