I cannot access the Monopoly game on my Android phone. When I try to open the app, I constantly receive the error message: “We detected an issue with your app. Please reinstall it from your app store to continue playing.” I have encountered this problem 4–5 times, and even though I uninstall and reinstall the app each time, the same error appears again. I also tried restarting my phone, but the issue did not improve. The result is the same whether I use Wi-Fi or mobile data. I also reported the issue through the in-app feedback section, but I haven’t received any response yet.
I am using the free version of the app and log in with the address c********@gmail.com. Because this issue keeps occurring, I cannot access the game at all. I request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible so I can log in and use the app without issues.
