Mochi Teether Has Overpowering Plastic Odor, Unusable for My Baby

I chose the Mochi brand teether because of its functional and thoughtful design, but the strong plastic smell makes it unusable. The odor is so overpowering that it raises concerns about safety and quality.

I tried multiple methods to eliminate the smell, including boiling it with baking soda, vinegar, and lemon, but nothing worked. My baby is clearly uncomfortable with the smell and refuses to use it.

This is extremely disappointing for a product marketed for babies. I expect Mochi to address this issue immediately by offering a safe replacement or refund. Parents need assurance that the products they buy are safe and odor-free for their children. A prompt resolution is necessary.
