Persistent Matchmaking Imbalances Drive Mobile Legends Users to File Complaints

I have lost all enthusiasm for Mobile Legends due to a matchmaking issue I have been experiencing for about 3 months. The game constantly places me on the same team with players who do not know how to play, do not play as a team, and completely ruin the game's balance, and this situation has become unbearable over the last 4 consecutive matches. I am experiencing severe frustration and stress because the time and effort I invest are wasted in this manner.

Although I submitted applications multiple times through in-game support and other channels during this period, I received only automated responses; no actual review was conducted, and no one addressed the issue. Ignoring players' complaints to this extent is completely unacceptable.

I demand that the matchmaking system be urgently reviewed, that genuinely fair teams be formed based on player skill levels and performances, and that our feedback be evaluated with serious consideration rather than being brushed off with automated messages. I have sent emails multiple times—is this really how you provide service to your players?
