My Global #1 Mobile Legends Account Was Stolen—Moonton Support Won’t Help

On February 11, 2025, between 3:00-4:00 PM, my Mobile Legends account, which I use as a TikTok streamer and is ranked Global #1, was stolen. Suddenly, I lost all access, and my account was completely taken over. I still have payment receipts and account details dating back to 2022, and I can even log in through Moonton, but the hacker changed the email, so I can’t receive the verification code.
I have reached out to customer support multiple times, but they keep rejecting my requests without offering any help. Why is Moonton ignoring me when I have all the proof? I am willing to provide every detail, including timestamps and receipts. Mobile Legends team, fix this now and return my account!
