Mobile Legends Shop Not Working! (Payment Failed Error)

When I was playing Mobile Legends, I used to be able to make purchases within the game, but they are no longer available to me. At this point, I have attempted to contact Mobile Legends through their official Facebook account; however, I have not received any response whatsoever. No one is contributing to the process of finding a solution to the problem. It would be greatly appreciated if you would take the required actions to address this issue and assist in locating a solution. According to the screenshot, there is a problem that is associated with the country code, and it is not being rectified at this time.
