I purchased the Missha Goblin Blackhead Peel-Off Mask 20 days ago and used it for the first time today. My skin turned bright red with constant burning and stinging sensations, leaving me worried about potential scarring. I’ve always loved Missha products, but this mask caused extreme irritation or possibly an allergic reaction.

"The given number called me once, I was not available and couldn’t answer. When I tried to call back, I couldn’t reach them. I called many times, I sent them an email, but they only replied with their working hours. Even when I call during working hours, I can’t reach them.
