MiniChat Account Banned After Child Appeared on Camera by Mistake

My MiniChat account with ID 357503799 was banned today about 30–40 minutes ago for the reason “age does not meet the requirement.” The account is registered to my phone number (0538***** ) and under my own name**.

At the time of the ban, my nephew was briefly using my phone. He is around 4–5 years old, and I believe the system may have mistakenly detected his face on the screen and assumed the account belonged to a minor.

However, the phone and the account belong to me, and I am the actual user of the application. I actively use the platform myself. Unfortunately, at that moment I could not immediately move my nephew away from the screen, which likely caused the system to make a wrong assessment and ban my account unfairly.

I request that my account be reviewed again, that the age-related ban be removed, and that my account be restored so I can continue using the platform.
