Banned on OmeTV and Minichat Without Rule Violation — Appeal for Reinstatement
Even though I did not violate any rules on the OmeTV and Minichat platforms, my account was banned for 720 hours with the message “Reason: multiple complaints.” My account ID is 319311111, and my username is Yusuf. I received this ban about 8 hours ago, and I tried logging in again 10 minutes ago, but I still can’t access my account.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I already contacted customer service, but I haven’t received a response yet.
I believe this ban was issued by mistake, and I request that my account access be restored immediately. (My phone number may only be shared with authorized representatives.)
