Around October 2024, my Minichat account was given an “unlimited ban.” The stated reason was that I shared content showing a minor child. I acted without realizing that such a post would result in such a severe penalty, and I absolutely did not have any malicious intent.
I have not been able to access my account for approximately 2–3 months, and during this time I did not submit any appeal or support request. I am now requesting that this penalty be reconsidered, that the unlimited ban on my account be removed if possible, and that my account be reopened.
The ID number associated with my account is 340447805. I respectfully ask that my account be reviewed and, if deemed appropriate, that a warning or a lighter penalty be applied instead, and that my account be reactivated.
