Age Verification Dispute Leads to Minichat Account Suspension

While using the Minichat mobile app, my account was suddenly banned on January 7–8, 2026. The stated reason was that I am under 18. However, I am an adult user and have official identification and documents to prove it.

Since my account was banned by mistake, I am requesting that this matter be reviewed again and that my ban be lifted so I can regain access to my account. I am fully prepared to provide my ID and any documents verifying my age to the support team upon request.

My account ID number is 348013037. I ask that my account be reactivated as soon as possible and that I be provided with clear information regarding this process.
