Minichat Banned My Account Without Any Valid Reason

I am a user of the Minichat platform, and my account has been suddenly banned without any clear or valid reason. My account ID is 377593558. Today, about half an hour before writing this complaint, I was surprised to find that I am banned, and when I try to use Minichat, I receive a message saying that I am blocked because of a large number of complaints from users. I was only using a plain black picture, and I did not insult anyone or do any inappropriate actions in the application. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the ban be removed, and my account be reactivated, as I believe this ban is unfair and based on false or mistaken reports.
