I purchased a Windows 11 Enterprise product key on [purchase date], expecting to receive the key promptly via my Gmail account. However, it has been over a day, and I still have not received the product key. I contacted your support team, but they did not respond. When I finally reached someone, they told me the delivery would be made during working hours, but I did not understand why an automated product key would have such a delay.
I urgently need this product key for my system installation. This delay has caused significant disruption to my workflow and unnecessary stress. I paid for a digital product and expected immediate delivery as advertised.
