Unable to Transfer TRX Due to SMS Verification Issue on OKX

I attempted to send TRX coins to my OKX account, but the system requires SMS verification. After completing the verification, it shows an error stating, “This number is already registered.” I cannot proceed with my transfer because of this issue.

I have been using the Mexc exchange for a long time and never encountered such verification problems. Why is OKX requiring this additional step, and why is it not working properly? I need an urgent explanation and resolution as I must complete my transfer. Please address this issue immediately and provide guidance on how to resolve it effectively.
