Smeta Coin Cannot Be Transferred From Mexc Exchange

The coin called Smeta, which I bought from the Mexc crypto exchange in 2023, was delisted after a while. It did not appear in my assets at that time. Last week, I checked, and it appears in my assets, but since it is delisted, we cannot buy or sell it. When I saw that the transactions were continuing on another stock exchange, I wanted to transfer it to that stock exchange, but MEXC did not allow this either. When I reported the problem to Mexc, I received an automatic response that the transfer should be made within a month from the delisting, but it did not appear in my assets at that time. Now, why can't I make a transfer, and what will happen to my coins? Even though it appears on my list, I can't move it; this is literally locking up my coins, and there is no other explanation. Open the system; let's move Smeta to another platform.
Dear MEXC User, First of all, we wish you a good night. SMETA-ETH was delisted on April 21, 2023. Following its delisting, transactions and investments related to the product were closed, but users were given a 30-day period to withdraw. The specified withdrawal period has ended. The relevant withdrawal wallets are no longer active and cannot be reactivated. The announcement regarding the matter is provided below for your review. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. MEXC Turkey Official ŞikayetVar Team
