I have been using the MEXC platform from Israel, and around 150 days ago, my withdrawals were suddenly blocked, and my account was closed without a clear explanation. Since that date, I have not been able to access my balance of approximately 5,000, which is stuck in my MEXC account. I contacted MEXC customer support regarding the blocked withdrawals and account closure, but the issue has not been resolved, and my funds are still inaccessible. I did not receive a satisfactory or final solution. I request that my assets be released and that I be allowed to withdraw my full balance from MEXC as soon as possible, and that I receive a clear explanation of why my account was blocked and closed in the first place.
