MEXC Froze My Account And Withheld 0.15 BTC

32

I am writing to report a serious problem with my MEXC cryptocurrency exchange account, related to Google Authenticator (2FA), loss of access, and frozen funds. I reside in Iran and have been unable to access my account and withdraw my cryptocurrency balance, which is approximately 0.15 BTC, due to unresolved 2FA issues and subsequent account restrictions. The problem began after my phone was damaged and I lost access to my Google Authenticator application. As a result, I could no longer complete the 2FA step required to log in to my MEXC account. Later, I received emails from MEXC warning me that my assets needed to be withdrawn within five days and that my account could be frozen, but at the same time my access was blocked again because the 2FA reset and identity verification were not successfully completed. I contacted MEXC customer support repeatedly by email and followed all instructions they provided. I submitted my identity documents, transaction details, wallet addresses, and verification videos multiple times. However, the automated verification system repeatedly rejected my submissions without any clear or detailed explanation. Despite my explicit requests for a manual human review of my case and a manual reset of Google Authenticator (2FA), the issue was never resolved and my account was again restricted. At this point, MEXC is asking me to withdraw my funds, but I am technically unable to do so because I cannot log in, pass 2FA, or access the withdrawal page. My account remains frozen and I am stuck in a loop where I am told to withdraw, but no one at MEXC is resetting my 2FA or providing a proper manual review to restore my access. All previous support correspondence and verification attempts can be traced through the email address linked to my MEXC account: arsh92***@gmail.com. My main request from MEXC is the immediate manual reset or removal of Google Authenticator (2FA) on my account so that I can log in again and safely withdraw my entire balance. I also request that the five-day withdrawal period clearly starts only after my full account access has been restored, not while I am locked out. If for any reason MEXC is unable or unwilling to restore my access, I request that all my cryptocurrency assets be returned in full to the original sending wallet addresses, together with reimbursement of any fees or losses incurred while my account was inaccessible. I expect MEXC to urgently review my case manually, resolve the 2FA issue, lift the unjustified restrictions on my account, and ensure that I am not deprived of my funds due to a technical problem and an inflexible automated process.
