I Want MEXC to Permanently Delete My Personal Data

I registered for the MEXC platform on January 16, 2025. During the registration and identity verification process, I was required to provide sensitive personal information, including my national identification number, photographs of the front and back of my identity document, my email address, and my phone number. I submitted all requested information to complete the account verification process.

I have never deposited funds, withdrawn funds, or conducted any financial transactions through the platform. My involvement with MEXC was limited to account registration and identity verification.

After access to the platform became restricted in Türkiye, I completely lost confidence in the service. I am also currently unable to access my account. Despite this, my personal identification data remains stored within MEXC’s systems, which causes me significant concern. I do not consent to my personal information being used for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to company formation, financial transactions, withdrawals, deposits, credit card applications, card usage, mobile phone subscriptions, rental agreements, or any other activity conducted in my name.

I wish to make it clear that I do not authorize any use, processing, sharing, or retention of my personal data beyond what is legally required. Any unauthorized or unlawful use of my personal information should be considered the responsibility of the parties who process, store, or misuse that data.

I previously contacted MEXC support and requested the permanent deletion of all personal and identity information associated with my account. However, approximately four days later, I received a response stating that my request was “invalid.” I did not notice the response immediately, but my request remains unchanged and continues to be valid.

I formally request the permanent deletion of all personal data, identity documents, verification records, contact information, and any related information associated with my account from all MEXC systems and databases, subject to applicable legal requirements. I also request written confirmation once the deletion process has been completed, including a clear explanation of what data has been removed and whether any information must be retained for regulatory reasons.
