I Face Suspension of Sfund Withdrawals on MEXC Without Any Notification

For nearly three weeks, I haven’t been able to withdraw my 2,146 SFUND coins from my MEXC account. Although my SFUND balance still appears in my account, every time I try to withdraw, I receive an error message saying: “BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) withdrawal network suspended.”

What’s even more frustrating is that MEXC has provided no prior notice or explanation regarding this suspension. My SFUND coins are completely unlocked — they are not part of any staking, promotion, or locked investment program. I’m trying to withdraw through the MEXC mobile app, but I’ve been unable to access my assets, which are worth around ₺26,000.

I demand that MEXC immediately restore SFUND withdrawal functionality and issue an official update explaining why withdrawals were suspended and when they will be available again.
